Membership Renewal:

• All memberships renew automatically one month from the purchase date.

Service Inclusion:

• Each membership includes one cleaning specialist and all necessary supplies for the contracted services.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the service date will not be refunded but will be credited for future services.

Refunds:

• Refunds are not issued for memberships. Upon cancellation, you will no longer be charged for our services.

Liability:

• By using our services, you waive any liability for events not covered by our liability insurance. Crystal Clear Cleaning Arizona Inc. and its subsidiaries are not liable for such events.
